Turns out, if you want to setup a new inbound email from Mandrill, you need to first set your ingress api token to “test-webhook”, and have the url working at the production url.
Once you’ve set it up, you have to then go into the mandrill dashboard, find the “web hooks” section, then find your new web hook and update the ingress api token to match the one listed and redeploy.
Fun.
